Terms of Use (EULA) – Habit Dragon Effective Date: April 13, 2026 These Terms of Use apply to the Habit Dragon mobile application (“Application”), operated by dabin chen (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Application You may not: copy or modify the Application reverse engineer or extract source code use the Application for illegal purposes All intellectual property related to the Application belongs to the Service Provider.
Subscriptions The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Subscription Name: Habit Dragon Pro Duration: Monthly / Yearly / Lifetime, if applicable Price: Displayed in-app and may vary by region Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Third-Party Services and Regional Cloud Providers The Application uses third-party services to provide subscriptions, authentication, cloud sync, analytics, and related app functionality. Depending on your region, the Application may use different cloud service providers: Global service region: Firebase / Google LLC may be used for anonymous authentication, cloud sync, and related backend services. China mainland region: Supabase may be used for authentication, cloud sync, and related backend services. The Application may automatically select the appropriate service region based on your App Store region, device region, or service availability. These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing practices. The Application also uses RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat’s terms may apply separately.
Connectivity Some features require internet access, including cloud sync, subscription verification, and account-related services. The Service Provider is not responsible for network-related issues, carrier charges, roaming fees, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, sync failures, service interruptions, subscription verification delays, or issues caused by third-party services, network conditions, or user device settings.
Updates and Termination The Service Provider may update the Application, modify features, change service providers, adjust regional service availability, or stop providing the service at any time.
Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
